Key Responsibilities: Assist the Store Manager with daily store operations
Coach team members toward sales targets
Process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately
Support inventory management and cycle counts

Requirements: Minimum two years of retail experience
Preferred supervisory-level retail experience
Solid verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with POS systems and Microsoft Office
Availability for evenings, weekends, and weekdays
