Lead turfgrass management at RattleSnake Point Golf Club with hands-on maintenance, irrigation knowledge, and team leadership in a permanent full time position.
Reporting to the Golf Course Superintendent, the Associate Golf Course Superintendent supports daily golf course management and maintenance. This leadership role involves planning, supervising, and executing maintenance activities while helping develop the turf care team. The position emphasizes exceptional playing conditions, machinery safety, and integrated pest management.
Key Responsibilities: Recommend daily golf course condition priorities to the Superintendent
Support planning and execution of golf course maintenance
Train staff on machinery and safety procedures
Maintain buildings, equipment,



and property professionally
Contribute to pesticide and fertilizer management using IPM
Requirements: Minimum two years formal education, degree, or turfmanagement diploma preferred
Valid Ontario Landscape Exterminators Licence
Working knowledge of irrigation systems and automated controls
Ability to perform irrigation repairs
Availability for daily work at discretionary hours
Bring organized leadership, turfgrass expertise, and hands-on maintenance skills to RattleSnake Point Golf Club’s golf course operations.
