Key Responsibilities: Lead shifts, openings, closings, and team huddles
Drive conversion rate and average order value
Coach selling techniques and product knowledge
Maintain visual standards, displays, and organized size runs
Ensure POS, inventory, loss prevention, and safety compliance
Requirements: One to two-plus years of retail experience
Previous keyholder, supervisory, or leadership experience preferred
Understanding of conversion, AOV, and UPT metrics
