Key Responsibilities: Lead discovery sessions with subject matter experts
Identify key performance indicators and business objectives
Create current-state and future-state workflows
Prepare functional design specifications and reporting requirements




Establish QA activities, test cases, and tester assignments
Requirements: Post-secondary education
Knowledge of organizational change management fundamentals
Solid analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving capabilities
Project management and cross-functional coordination skills
