Serve Somerset clients through Autopac expertise and professional customer service as an Auto Insurance Advisor with ONE Insurance.
This Auto Advisor role supports surrounding communities by understanding customers’ insurance and lifestyle requirements. You will counsel clients on Autopac and Driver Licensing products and coverages. The position also involves building rapport and presenting suitable coverage options.
Key Responsibilities: Create exceptional customer service experiences for every client
Process Auto Insurance transactions promptly and professionally
Use the Prospector Program to generate leads
Follow Auto Customer Service Standards during Autopac transactions
Cross sell auto extension products and support Personal Lines
Requirements:



Minimum one year of insurance or comparable customer service experience preferred
Manitoba General Insurance License and IWS Certification considered assets
Applied EPIC familiarity considered an asset
Solid organization, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities
Valid driver’s license, clear criminal record check, and Canadian work authorization
