Plan proactive maintenance for JLL in Delta, BC, using EAM data, preventive schedules, and reliability-centered maintenance practices. This full-time role is in office.
The RME Planner works with the Enterprise Asset Management team and Reliability Manager to maximize material handling equipment uptime. You will develop maintenance plans, schedule downtime activities, screen work orders, and audit equipment requirements. The role also supports data accuracy, materials management, and facility maintenance coordination.
Key Responsibilities: Develop preventive maintenance plans, schedules, routes, and work packages
Screen, plan, update, assign, and close EAM work orders
Measure facility PI metrics and recommend corrective actions
Audit equipment, work orders,



parts, and maintenance data
Coordinate proactive maintenance during available downtime windows
Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent diploma
Two or more years planning facilities or maintenance activities
One year using computers and Microsoft Office
Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, nights, and holidays
Ability to travel up to fifteen percent
Apply maintenance planning, EAM coordination, and data auditing skills to support equipment uptime for JLL operations.
