As a full-time Merchandising Team Leader, you support the Store Team Leader by developing and implementing merchandising strategy. You train and coach associates to deliver AEO brand standards, effective replenishment, and guest-ready presentation. The position also supports sales, staffing, operations, and team development.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement store merchandising strategy
Coach teams on AEO visual and service standards
Lead floorset execution, replenishment, and sell-through adjustments
Analyze reporting and trends to support business decisions
Maintain guest-ready fitting rooms and salesfloors
Requirements: Previous retail management team leadership experience
Passion for AE and Aerie products
Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills
Understanding of team development and employment law
Adaptable availability when guests shop
