We are currently looking for a Branch Manager to join our team at Bell Aurora. We’re looking for someone who leads by example, develops talent, and doesn’t settle for good when excellence is possible.

Your role :

You will be responsible for the entire in-store experience, both in terms of results and team culture.

Lead all store operations and ensure overall performance

Drive sales and meet goals, then set new ones

Monitor results and take decisive corrective action

Recruit, coach, and develop your team to reach their full potential

Deliver a customer experience that keeps them coming back

Ensure compliance with sales processes and company standards

Manage inventory, expenses, and merchandising





Maintain store presentation and safety standards

This is what we offer you :

Base salary of $45,000 + unlimited bonus (top performers regularly earn $70,000 or more)

3 weeks of vacation.

Store manager or team leader with retail experiench
