Experience of delivering Sales or commercial recruitment

Experience of recruiting across North America

While our initial requirement is to support our commercial team's growth, there may be other opportunities to support wider recruitment needs cross-functionally

Experience in recruitment within Financial Services is beneficial

Fluent English, both verbal and written is essential to work in an international environment

Additional languages, particularly Spanish would be an advantage

Highly organised and autonomous

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Highly service-orientated

A adaptable mindset and the ability to cope with our fast-paced culture

You will be part of a recruitment team working cross-functionally and internationally to source candidates for a diverse range of vacancies with a strong focus on commercial/sales roles

Source and recruit candidates through LinkedIn and other social networks

Screen candidates’ CVs and job applications

Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, experience and behaviours
