Support employee relations and recruitment as a Human Resources Generalist with AGAT Laboratories in Mississauga, working on-site with managers and employees.
This Human Resources Generalist partners across the employee lifecycle and supports AGAT’s operational leaders. You will advise on policies, performance management, investigations, onboarding, and employee development. The role also supports a collaborative HR team across Canada.
Key Responsibilities: Partner with managers and employees on HR policies and procedures
Support full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and employee development initiatives
Guide employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
Conduct and support workplace investigations and employee relations matters
Advise leaders on coaching,



discipline, improvement plans, and terminations
Requirements: Experience supporting managers and employees in Human Resources
Interest in building relationships and solving people-related challenges
Confidence balancing employee advocacy with business needs
Ability to work in a quick-paced, collaborative workplace
CHRP or CHRL completed or in progress considered an asset
Bring employee relations, recruitment, and performance management expertise to AGAT Laboratories’ on-site Human Resources team in Mississauga.
