Schindler seeks a Current Installations and Modernizations Coordinator for project support and process management. The work includes documentation, supplier coordination, customer requests, material planning, SAP, and Project Planner updates. You will also support TSSA submissions, inspections, billing accuracy, and project cost control.
Key Responsibilities: Process project documentation, correspondence, manuals, and turnover materials
Attend construction meetings and distribute meeting minutes
Monitor SAP and Project Planner milestone dates
Coordinate material receiving, shipping,



and site deliveries
Plan TSSA submissions and project inspections
Requirements: Post-secondary education and/or related experience
Technical proficiency and/or construction experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organization and problem-solving abilities
Apply project coordination, customer communication, and construction knowledge while supporting Schindler installation and modernization work.
