Lead residential property operations for Morguard while delivering responsive resident service, team leadership, and disciplined financial oversight across assigned units.
The Property Manager oversees daily operations and on-site staff while maintaining Morguard’s standards for customer service and operational excellence. This role manages resident interactions, inspections, service providers, leasing support, compliance, budgets, and transitions from new-build occupancy to stabilized operations. Success includes occupancy, service delivery, and financial stewardship.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver responsive, professional resident service and resolve inquiries
Oversee inspections, move-ins, move-outs, and building standards
Coordinate maintenance, cleaning, procurement, emergencies, and leasing support




Lead in office staff through planning, coaching, and feedback
Monitor expenses, recoveries, rent collection, and operating budgets
Requirements: Post-secondary education or equivalent experience
Three to five years’ property management or hospitality experience
Experience leading teams and managing service providers
Knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act
Microsoft Office proficiency; Yardi experience is an asset
Bring resident service, operational leadership, compliance knowledge, and financial discipline to Morguard’s multi-residential properties.
