Lead AAOS deployment in Mirabel through Lean/Six Sigma expertise and practical coaching with Airbus Atlantic factory teams. Adaptable arrangements are promoted where possible.
Reporting to the HO AAOS, this coordinator interfaces with field teams and supports industrial performance. You will transfer AAOS knowledge at workstations and lines, while working with a multifunctional team on a new continuous improvement system. The position requires three to five years of experience.
Key Responsibilities: Implement and improve boards and routines with operational teams
Train operators and N1+N2 on AAOS topics
Lead practical awareness sessions with factory teams
Measure and report maturity using KPIs and self-assessments




Co-facilitate AAOS Kaizen workshops and maturity roadmaps
Requirements: DEC or bachelor's degree in industrial engineering preferred
Continuous improvement orientation and three to five years' experience
Good knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma principles, methods, and tools
Ability to adapt tutoring methods through change management basics
Ability to identify deviations and recommend simple improvements
Apply AAOS deployment, coaching, Lean/Six Sigma, and performance measurement skills within Airbus Atlantic's Mirabel operations.
