This full time, permanent Estimating Coordinator role supports General Contractor tendering and preconstruction activities. You will work alongside experienced Estimators and Project Managers while reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documents. The position suits construction, engineering, architectural, or estimating backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare tenders, estimates, budgets, and bid submissions
Review drawings, specifications, addenda, and tender documents
Complete quantity take-offs and scope reviews
Solicit subcontractor and supplier pricing
Track RFIs, addenda, bid documents,



and closing requirements
Requirements: One to three-plus years of construction-related experience
Relevant construction management, engineering, or architectural diploma or degree
Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications
Understanding of materials, methods, and trade scopes
Familiarity with Bluebeam, Procore, Microsoft Excel, or similar platforms
Build estimating expertise through ICI tendering, take-offs, subcontractor coordination, pricing analysis, and project handovers in Hamilton.
