You will explore investment and credit banking solutions, address concerns, and support customer loyalty. Key Responsibilities: Advise customers on investment and credit banking solutions
Ask financial questions and deepen customer relationships
Provide personalized advice and answer customer concerns




Review portfolios and suggest goal-based solutions
Support frontline staff with customer problems
Requirements: High school diploma or one year relevant experience
Completion of IFIC or equivalent
Complete CFSA within twelve months if hired
