The position collaborates with Registered Nurses, physicians, healthcare partners, and care teams. It also supports resident status reporting, policy implementation, and unit procedures.
Key Responsibilities: Implement AgeCare policies and procedures with Registered Nurses
Liaise with physicians and external healthcare partners
Notify physicians about significant resident status changes
Direct Personal Support Workers on resident care




Participate in shift reports and communicate resident updates
Requirements: Current College of Nurses of Ontario Certificate of Competence
Membership in good standing with the College of Nurses
Knowledge of geriatric, rehabilitation, or long-term care nursing
Knowledge of applicable healthcare legislation and regulations
Background in activation, nursing, and personnel administration
Bring long-term care knowledge, qualified nursing practice, and care coordination skills to AgeCare Wenleigh residents in Mississauga.
