This Project Control Officer supports Canadian and international Banking collections projects across initiation, planning, execution, control, and closure. The assignment requires project coordination, financial management, and project tools knowledge. You will work under a Delivery Manager or Senior Delivery Manager while supporting project delivery and finance standards.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain project files, approvals, reports, contracts, and correspondence
Reconcile budgets and investigate financial variances
Prepare agendas, minutes, action items, and distribution lists




Document activities using Microsoft Project or Premium Planner
Communicate status and escalate issues appropriately
Requirements: Five to eight years of budgeting experience
Five to eight years in project coordination or control
At least two years in a financial institution
Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills
