Coordinate audience engagement and ticketing services at the FirstOntario Performing Arts Centre in St. Catharines, using CRM and reporting skills. This permanent full-time role requires weekday availability plus evenings and weekends for events.
Reporting to the Ticketing Services Manager, you will support ticketing administration, rental client services, audience data, and reporting. The position combines customer service, event coordination, website updates, and digital communications. You will help improve workflows while supporting ticket sales, audience development, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to patron inquiries and process ticketing requests
Build events in CRM and CMS platforms
Coordinate rental client information and promotional materials




Verify event details, accessibility information, and links
Prepare sales, audience, membership, and fundraising reports
Requirements: Two or more years of related experience
Experience with data, reporting, and spreadsheets
Solid customer service and written communication skills
Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
Ability to learn AudienceView, Mailchimp, GA4, and Meta Business Suite
Bring organized ticketing coordination, customer service, and audience reporting skills to PAC programs, clients, and communities.
