This internship sits within Global Risk Intelligence and Technology, supporting enterprise risk management solutions. You will work with Product Owners, stakeholders, technology teams, and end users. The experience spans business analysis, agile delivery, testing, data analytics, and product improvement.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain product backlogs with Product Owners
Document requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Support agile planning, reviews, and stakeholder meetings
Coordinate UAT, test execution, and results tracking
Create dashboards,



reports, and training materials
Requirements: Pursuing a related business, technology, or analytics degree
Interest in product management, risk, or enterprise technology
Familiarity with Agile methodologies or Scrum
Experience collecting, analyzing, and reporting data
Solid analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Develop product management, business analysis, testing, and analytics skills while supporting Manulife’s risk technology solutions.
