Key Responsibilities: Provide telephone triage services to callers across Alberta
Evaluate, triage, and counsel patients with diverse concerns
Offer health advice and reliable information
Ask relevant questions and identify pertinent information




Connect individuals with appropriate health care professionals
Requirements: Accredited nursing education program completion
Active or eligible Alberta nursing registration and practice permit
Current Basic Cardiac Life Support Health Care Provider certification
Three to five years recent clinical Registered Nurse experience
Thirty-five words-per-minute typing speed and intermediate computer skills
