Reporting to the Store Manager, this Key Holder supports retail sales, KPI, and profitability goals through planning and expense control. The position strengthens customer loyalty, develops Team Members, and maintains Psycho Bunny service standards. It also supports merchandise execution and visual presentation.
Key Responsibilities: Build loyal customers through engagement, conversion, and contact capture
Assist recruitment, training, development, and succession planning
Maintain product knowledge across store Team Members
Control payroll and service-driven scheduling
Manage inventory, merchandise transfers, and visual directives
Requirements: Minimum one year of retail management experience
Availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules
Solid communication skills supporting customer-focused selling
