This role partners with business leaders to identify and deliver opportunities using AI, automation, analytics, and emerging technologies. You will lead a small multidisciplinary team while remaining hands‑on in designing and building prototypes, proof‑of‑concepts, and pilot solutions that demonstrate measurable business value. You will also work with business and technology teams to move successful solutions into sustainable production environments.

1 year contract to start with 5 days in office in downtown Calgary

Must Have

Experience leading

digital transformation or technology initiatives

and small technical teams

Hands‑on

d esigning, building, and testing prototypes, proof‑of‑concepts, automations, analytics solutions, or AI‑enabled applications.





Ability to work with

senior business stakeholders

to identify opportunities, prioritize solutions, and demonstrate measurable business value.

Experience with

AI, automation, analytics, and up-to-date cloud/digital platforms,

including relevant Microsoft technologies such as Azure, Copilot, Microsoft Fabric, or Power Platform.

Nice‑to‑Haves

Experience in energy, utilities, manufacturing, industrial operations, or other asset‑intensive industries.

Experience taking prototypes or pilots into production and scalable business solutions.

Exposure to low‑code/no‑code platforms, enterprise applications, systems integration, and solution architecture.

Certifications in AI, cloud, analytics, business analysis, or agile delivery.
