As CRM & Customer Growth Manager, you will shape lifecycle marketing for Scenic Luxury Cruises & Tours and Emerald Cruises Canada. The work spans HubSpot, automation, personalization, segmentation, and lead conversion. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will partner with Marketing, Sales, Commercial, Digital, Analytics, and Global CRM teams to improve customer value.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead CRM and customer lifecycle strategy across acquisition and retention
- Grow qualified databases through digital and partnership channels
- Map journeys from lead acquisition through repeat purchase
- Develop segmentation, personalization,



and automated nurture programs
- Build reporting, testing, and customer data governance frameworks

Requirements:

- Seven-plus years in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or related disciplines
- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, or similar
- Proven lifecycle strategy results across multiple customer stages
- Robust analytical, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
- Experience with segmentation, personalization, lead nurturing, and scoring
