This leadership position covers selling, coaching, merchandising, talent acquisition, and retail excellence. You will support associates, customer relationships, brand standards, and operational execution.
Key Responsibilities: Use company tools to deliver sales plans and objectives
Coach associates and support their growth and development
Recruit talent and conduct interviews with store leadership
Maintain merchandising standards and communicate brand promotions
Execute operational policies and product learning
Requirements: High school diploma or GED
At least one year of experience
Expertise in every aspect of store operation
Detail-oriented approach to daily responsibilities
Customer service or retail experience preferred
