You will serve as the first contact for advisors and their clients, resolving inquiries efficiently while providing guidance. The position combines phone and email support, technical troubleshooting, documentation, and follow-up. Success requires transparent communication, organization, accountability, and effective priority management. You will support English and French-speaking advisors and clients daily.
Key Responsibilities: Respond to inbound calls professionally using active listening
Provide accurate phone and email inquiry responses
Test, troubleshoot, and resolve tool-related technical issues




Document calls and emails in JIRA
Escalate unresolved issues and follow up within timelines
Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Two to three years in mutual fund call center operations
Advanced French proficiency for daily advisor support
IFIC Operations Course completion considered an asset
