Key Responsibilities: Remain at the kettle until relieved throughout each shift
Collect donations and petty cash securely
Answer donor questions about Salvation Army ministries
Present a positive organizational image while on duty
Follow policies, legislation, and assigned job duties
Requirements: Completed high school or equivalent
Excellent interpersonal skills, integrity, and adaptability
Solid customer service skills with diverse people
Reliable transportation to the kettle location
Ability to lift 9 to 12 kilograms
