Insight Medical Imaging seeks Central Booking Agents for its expanding team. You will schedule diagnostic imaging appointments, coordinate with physicians and patients, and support clinic workflow. Key Responsibilities: Answer high-volume calls and schedule medical imaging appointments
Provide compassionate, patient-centered service during every interaction
Review incoming faxes and coordinate physician appointments
Confirm, rebook,



or fill patient appointments as needed
Collaborate with clinic teams to support timely patient care
Requirements: Reside in Alberta and work remotely
High School Diploma required
Medical Assistant Diploma or Medical Terminology Certificate
At least one year of relevant experience, or equivalency
Previous high-volume contact center experience required
