Lead dealer engagement at PBS through project coordination, customer sessions, and product expertise while supporting the Manager of Product Marketing.
The Dealer Engagement Team Lead helps direct current priorities and advance team goals. You will coordinate people and projects, connect PBS departments, and communicate project goals and timelines. The role supports customer adoption and experience through presentations, product knowledge, and dealership understanding.
Key Responsibilities: Foster a cooperative and supportive team environment
Develop project guidelines and development plans
Coordinate development, marketing, sales, and implementation plans
Host customer engagement sessions proactively
Support daily assignments, attendance, staffing, and new hire training
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalency required
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to provide and receive constructive feedback
Ability to mentor others
Project management or dealership experience is an asset
Bring team leadership, project coordination, communication, and dealer engagement skills to PBS Systems across North America.
