Maintain vibrant residential communities for Compass through work orders, grounds care, and practical property repairs. This community-based role supports clean, secure common areas.
Reporting to the Community Manager, the Community Maintenance role completes assigned work orders and maintains common grounds. Duties include mowing, snow removal, pruning, painting, road sweeping, temporary repairs, and contractor coordination. The role also supports renovation projects, safety documentation, and timely issue reporting.
Key Responsibilities: Complete work orders and request required maintenance materials
Maintain grounds through mowing, pruning, and snow removal
Clean roads and complete temporary repairs when needed




Coordinate quotes and contractual relations with contractors
Maintain life safety records and follow company initiatives
Requirements: One or more years of relevant experience
Mechanical trades qualifications considered a strong asset
Ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract required
Bring hands-on maintenance, organization, and customer service skills to Compass communities while supporting safe, clean residential environments.
