Capital Commercial seeks a Marketing Specialist to support various departments and maintain efficient day-to-day marketing operations. The position involves collaboration with the marketing manager, sales teams, and administrative staff. Success requires organization, resourcefulness, communication, and careful prioritization.
Key Responsibilities: Support the marketing manager and various sales teams
Create brochures, sale packages, advertisements, and research reports
Manage and update the company website
Create and distribute email campaigns




Assist with client and company event planning
Requirements: Post-secondary marketing or communications diploma or degree
Knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
Extensive Microsoft Office knowledge, including Outlook and Excel
Microsoft 365 experience with SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams
Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
