Key Responsibilities: Guide customers from loan application through funding
Understand needs and present appropriate financing solutions
Manage high-volume customer and prospect pipelines
Respond across AWS, SMS, Teams, and email
Maintain complete, accurate Salesforce records
Requirements: Previous sales or client experience required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organization, timeliness, and attention to detail
Ability to manage numerous active clients
Weekend availability for in-person Toronto work
