Lead analysts or coordinators through performance, accountability, and development Oversee daily activities across the corporate real estate portfolio Analyze occupancy costs, utilization, service levels, and vendor performance Maintain accurate operational reports, dashboards,



and portfolio data Partner with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Requirements:
