As Manager, Business Resilience, you will lead BDO’s National Business Resilience practice through complex advisory engagements. Apply business impact analysis, crisis management, disaster recovery, and emergency management expertise. You will own delivery, guide consultants, manage client relationships, and contribute to practice growth through proposals and pursuits. Key Responsibilities:

and related methodologies Use AI and digital tools across research and deliverables Coach consultants and support engagement resourcing Requirements:

University degree in risk, emergency management, business, or related field At least five years’ business resilience practitioner experience At least three years managing engagements and teams Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills Qualified designations or AI experience preferred Bring business continuity, disaster recovery, client leadership, and innovative delivery expertise to BDO’s growing national practice.
