We’re looking for someone like you to:
Build strong, trusting relationships with clients and advise them on their IT projects.
Act as a key technical resource to recommend and implement scalable solutions tailored to clients’ needs and budgets.
Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, both on-site and remotely.
Deploy, migrate and enhance network and system infrastructures.
Protect client data and ensure the security of their IT environments.
Collaborate with colleagues to deliver comprehensive, high-quality solutions.
Actively contribute to projects and team meetings by sharing your expertise.
Help achieve company goals while continuing to develop your professional skills.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Experience in an MSP or multi-client environment.
Strong experience in network infrastructure and security (firewalls, routing, VPN, VLAN, QoS, fibre optics, Wi-Fi).
Solid knowledge of VMware (vCenter, vSphere) and storage solutions (NAS, SAN, vSAN).
Experience with Windows Server (2012 R2 to 2022).
Experience with backup and replication solutions (Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS).
Bilingual (French and English, spoken and written).
Excellent ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Strong ability to explain technical concepts in clear, simple terms.
Valid driver’s licence and availability for occasional travel to client sites.
