Ledcor Highways Ltd. seeks operators with valid AZ or DZ licenses and air endorsements. You will maintain Ontario Provincial Highways while assisting with pothole repair, guardrail repair, bridge cleaning, signage cleaning, and hazard remediation. Work occurs outdoors in all weather conditions.
Key Responsibilities: Operate snowplows, wheel loaders, and other heavy equipment
Maintain Ontario Provincial Highways throughout the winter season
Assist with pothole and guardrail repairs
Clean bridges and highway signage
Remediate roadway hazards and support labourer duties
Requirements: Valid AZ or DZ driver's license with air endorsement
Three-year commercial driver's abstract
Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
Ability to bend, kneel, crouch, and perform physical tasks
Snowplow truck or wheel loader experience is an asset
