YORK CATHOLIC DISTRICT SCHOOL BOARD seeks a permanent Lunchtime Supervisor for five hours weekly over ten months. Under the Principal’s direction, you will monitor students and promote a safe, caring, positive, friendly setting.
Key Responsibilities: Supervise students indoors and outdoors during lunch breaks
Monitor whereabouts and communicate concerns to the Principal
Promote respect, kindness, inclusivity, and positive interactions
Report misconduct incidents to the Principal or designate
Support appropriate play and emergency situations
Requirements: Less than high school graduation plus additional training or education
Minimum one month of experience
Good communication skills and positive demeanor
Ability to monitor multiple activities
Experience working with children
