This full-time Sales Development Associate role supports EcoVadis business growth by identifying and converting leads into qualified meetings. You will research target accounts, engage Sustainability and Procurement executives, and collaborate with Marketing and Account Executives. The work connects ESG, responsible sourcing, and compliance with commercial goals.
Key Responsibilities: Drive outreach through LinkedIn, email, video, and cold calling
Conduct discovery and educational calls with senior executives
Use MEDDPICC questioning to qualify opportunities




Research accounts and map key decision-makers
Manage follow-ups, objections, and lead nurturing in Salesforce
Requirements: University degree in a relevant discipline
Skilled proficiency in Portuguese, Spanish, and English
Proactive, resilient, and results-oriented sales mindset
Confidence engaging busy decision-makers by phone
Curiosity about sustainability, ESG, or CSR
Bring multilingual communication, consultative discovery, and disciplined prospecting to EcoVadis’ Toronto sales development team.
