This full-time day-shift Materials Purchasing Coordinator supports purchasing and materials management. The work includes purchase orders, pricing, delivery timelines, ERP records, and inventory checks. Collaboration spans Production, Quality, R&D;, and Logistics teams.
Key Responsibilities: Purchase ingredients, packaging materials, and indirect supplies
Manage orders, pricing, suppliers, and delivery timelines
Monitor inventory and complete cycle counts
Resolve supplier shortages, delays, and quality issues
Maintain accurate ERP purchasing information
Requirements: Three to five years of purchasing or procurement experience
Food manufacturing or CPG experience is an asset
ERP and Microsoft Office experience
Robust attention to detail and communication skills
Supply Chain, Business, or related diploma or degree preferred
Bring purchasing, inventory, ERP, and supplier communication experience to Windsor’s full-time day-shift manufacturing operation.
