As a Project Quotations Specialist, you will manage project quotations for Nedco, a Rexel Canada banner. The position supports commercial and industrial work by analyzing requests, coordinating complete customer packages, and reviewing product requirements. You will also maintain relationships with customers, vendors, sales representatives, contractors, and management.
Key Responsibilities: Manage commercial and industrial projects
Obtain and analyze contractor quotation requests
Coordinate complete quotation packages from diverse sources




Oversee manufacturer orders and shipment releases
Review delivery schedules and complete closing sheets
Requirements: College diploma or equivalent education and experience
Two to three years of related industry experience
Strong Excel skills
Excellent negotiation and time management skills
MS Office proficiency; IBM AS/400 knowledge
Support Nedco project delivery through accurate quotations, supplier coordination, Excel expertise, and strong customer relationships across British Columbia.
