Conduct research and supplier meetings with Regional Leaders
Provide field support for trip issues and crisis management
Train Trip Experts during presearch, quality assurance, and PSUs




Review Ascent materials and itineraries for accuracy
Requirements: Two or more years of applicable-market Trip Expert experience
Extensive trip-leading experience in the applicable market
Expertise in Ascent, Ride with GPS, and related systems
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to spend most of the season in-market
Bring Backroads market expertise, Trip Expert support, and systems knowledge to guide accurate deliverables throughout the season.
