Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will assist customers with product inquiries, maintain the customer database, and receive and process orders. You will also support field sales and project management teams while representing Westburne’s corporate image. Key Responsibilities: Assist customers with electrical product inquiries
Receive and process customer orders
Maintain the customer database accurately
Liaise between customers and field sales representatives
Support project management and sales initiatives
Requirements: One to two years of inside sales experience
Effective communication and customer relationship-building abilities
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks under pressure
Robust interpersonal skills and knowledge-sharing ability
Valid driver’s license
