Ecolab seeks a Maintenance Technician for its Monday-to-Friday afternoon shift. The position covers daily and preventive maintenance, Automation and Controls troubleshooting, and equipment repairs. You will support production, complete work orders through CMMS, communicate across shifts, and address maintenance issues proactively.
Key Responsibilities: Perform daily, preventive, and corrective maintenance tasks
Troubleshoot Automation and Controls issues to reduce downtime
Repair production equipment safely with production teams




Complete assigned CMMS work orders and repair updates
Communicate maintenance status between shifts by email
Requirements: High School Diploma or GED
Millwright license 433A or active progress toward completion
Three-plus years in industrial maintenance
Three-plus years with industrial electrical and mechanical systems
Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds
Apply industrial maintenance, CMMS, and Automation and Controls expertise to support Ecolab equipment in Mississauga’s afternoon shift.
