Dillon’s Structures Transportation Discipline seeks a CAD Designer/Drafter for transportation structures. You will support engineers and project managers with detailed design, construction documents, quantity take-offs, and contract administration. The multidisciplinary team includes engineers, planners, scientists, and technical staff.
Key Responsibilities: Produce detailed design drawings using 2D and 3D CAD software
Prepare construction drawings and contract documents
Calculate concrete, reinforcement, and miscellaneous steel quantities
Support shop drawing reviews and contractor submittal reviews




Complete site assessments and construction observation documentation
Requirements: Architectural or Engineering Technologist diploma from an accredited program
Two to seven years of engineering consulting industry experience
Proficiency with current AutoCAD and/or Civil 3D
Robust communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented approach and relevant standards knowledge considered assets
