Support TD Canada Trust customers in Mascouche, Québec, through banking advice, service transactions, and digital education. This is a part time, onsite role.
As a Personal Banking Associate, you will build customer relationships while addressing financial needs and guiding customers to appropriate solutions. You will support frontline staff, handle confidential matters, and contribute to accurate branch processes. The position requires a high school diploma and/or one year of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities: Engage customers in advice needs and service transactions
Guide customers toward appropriate banking solutions and contacts
Educate customers about mobile, ATM, and online banking
Support scheduled cash and non-cash frontline transactions




Complete accurate processes, documentation, and regulatory procedures
Requirements: High school diploma and/or one year of relevant experience
Investment Funds Canada or equivalent within 90 days
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, branch software, and internet
Knowledge of banking solutions and processes
Strong communication, organization, planning, and time management skills
Bring customer experience, banking knowledge, and sound judgement to TD Canada Trust’s Personal Banking Associate team in Mascouche.
