As a Human Resources Generalist, you will support day-to-day HR services and advise managers and employees. Your work covers compliance, onboarding, payroll support, leave coordination, engagement, and talent acquisition. You will also contribute to initiatives that improve operations and support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities: Partner with plant leadership on workforce and operational goals
Coach supervisors on relations, performance, engagement, and leadership
Lead employee relations investigations fairly and consistently
Support recruiting, interviewing, onboarding,



and workforce planning
Coordinate HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements: Experience supporting core human resources operations
Knowledge of employee relations and performance management
Understanding of federal, provincial, and local labor laws
Ability to support compensation and advantages administration
Ability to partner with managers and employees
