This full time permanent Production Supervisor role supports recent engineering graduates through IKO’s Building Future Leaders Program. You will lead production operations, maintain safety, environmental, and process compliance, and improve plant efficiency. The 24-month program includes executive mentoring, plant tours, career mapping workshops, and Supervisor Essentials modules.
Key Responsibilities: Lead production operations during rotating shifts
Maintain safety, environmental, and process compliance
Champion hazard identification and risk assessment programs




Drive accountability through coaching and documentation
Complete production reports, metrics, and incident investigations
Requirements: Recent or expected 2027 engineering graduate
Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or equivalent engineering specialization
Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency
Authorization to work in Canada
Ability to travel freely to the United States
Apply engineering, leadership, and troubleshooting capabilities while developing production supervision expertise through IKO’s Building Future Leaders Program.
