Key Responsibilities: Build resident relationships and address concerns
Oversee leasing from inquiry through resident onboarding
Monitor vacancies and achieve leasing targets
Manage property staff and administer services
Collect payments, inspect properties, and facilitate moves
Requirements: Three years’ leasing, property management, or related experience
One year supervising in property management
High school diploma or equivalent
MS Office proficiency; SAP knowledge is an asset
Evening and weekend availability when required
Bring residential leasing, resident relations, and operational leadership to CAPREIT as a Property Manager.
