As Inbound Team Lead, you will interact directly with the receiving team and support the Receiving supervisor and manager. You will communicate goals, safety practices, and guidance while ensuring procedures are followed. The position requires attention to detail, warehouse software use, and leadership in a high-volume environment.
Key Responsibilities: Monitor receiving progress and processes for accuracy and efficiency
Provide guidance and leadership to department employees
Conduct employee kickoff meetings and safety walks
Operate forklifts, scanners, tablets,



and warehouse software
Retrieve inventory and maintain a safe, clean warehouse
Requirements: Be at least 18 years of age
Two years of supervisory experience preferred
Warehouse or distribution center experience preferred
Solid communication, organization, and time management skills
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Bring receiving leadership, safety awareness, equipment operation, and coaching skills to S&S; Activewear’s Toronto warehouse team.
