As a Server supporting ARC Restaurant & Bar, you will represent Fairmont Waterfront’s exceptional dining service. You will explain menu items, understand beverages and promotions, and help guests feel valued. The position reports to the General Manager and requires professional, friendly, engaging service throughout each shift.
Key Responsibilities: Provide qualified, friendly, and engaging guest service
Explain menu items informatively and helpfully
Maintain knowledge of beverages, promotions, and menus
Deliver food and beverages accurately and promptly
Follow service, safety, and sanitation standards
Requirements: Previous food and beverage service experience required
Point of Sale System experience preferred
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
Ability to remain calm and courteous with guests
