Temporary full time Property Maintenance Technician work with InterRent, applying carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and finishing skills across rental properties.
This four month contract may extend and focuses on minor repairs supporting resident satisfaction. The technician handles occupied units, turnovers, preventative maintenance, emergencies, and approved work orders. Work requires independent judgment and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities: Repair rental properties during occupancy and resident turnovers
Complete routine and scheduled preventative property maintenance
Respond to emergency calls and approved work orders
Remove hazards, paint, landscape, and dispose of debris
Maintain amenities and follow health, safety, emergency procedures




Requirements: Professional experience with varied maintenance and light construction tasks
Basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and finishing knowledge
Ability to work independently and within a team setting
Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
Own vehicle, clean driver’s abstract, and necessary tools
Bring practical repair, preventative maintenance, and emergency response skills to InterRent’s temporary Property Maintenance Technician contract.
